Introducing the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL: Advanced Liquid Cooling for NVIDIA H200 NVL GPUs
EK by LM TEK has unveiled the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL, a high-performance, full-cover GPU water block engineered specifically for the NVIDIA H200 NVL. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-density AI server deployments and data center environments, this innovative water block features a single-slot form factor, maximizing compute density and ensuring broad system compatibility.
Comprehensive Cooling for Enhanced Performance
The EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL is meticulously crafted to cover the entire PCB, providing direct cooling to the GPU core, HBM memory, and VRM components. This comprehensive approach ensures optimal thermal performance, system stability, and sustained operation under intensive workloads. The low-profile, rack-style terminal design minimizes assembly height, enhancing compatibility with standard Full Height Full Width (FHFW) server platforms. This makes the EK-Pro water block an ideal drop-in replacement for both active and passive dual-slot air coolers, streamlining integration into existing server infrastructures.
Dual-Pass Cooling Engine for Superior Thermal Efficiency
At the heart of the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL is a dual-pass cooling engine, engineered to maintain a high coolant flow rate. The coolant is directed sequentially through two optimized microfin stacks, effectively cooling each half of the GPU die and HBM memory. This design ensures uniform heat dissipation and consistent flow distribution, even in reversed flow scenarios, delivering efficient cooling across the entire GPU surface.
The base of the water block is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, offering exceptional thermal conductivity. The top is precision laser-cut from industry-grade stainless steel, providing enhanced durability and structural integrity. High-quality EPDM O-rings guarantee long-term sealing reliability, while pre-installed brass standoffs facilitate safe and straightforward installation. Additionally, a screw-in PCIe power connector bracket ensures secure cable management, even in demanding server environments.
Optimized for High-Density Server Deployments
The integrated single-slot I/O bracket replaces the standard I/O shield, increasing structural rigidity and allowing the GPU to occupy only a single PCIe x16 slot. This design enables greater expansion capacity and improved system density, which is critical for modern data centers and AI server clusters.
The POM-machined terminal features dual G1/4" ports, ensuring compatibility with EK-Pro QDC kits and manifold systems. This supports scalable liquid-cooling infrastructure, making the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL suitable for high-performance compute environments. Strategic cutouts in both the water block and backplate ensure full compatibility with NVIDIA NVLink, facilitating seamless multi-GPU connectivity for advanced AI and HPC workloads.
Enhanced Structural Reinforcement and Passive Cooling
The included retention backplate not only improves the structural rigidity and visual appeal of the graphics card but also provides passive cooling to the backside VRM area. This contributes to improved thermal stability and long-term reliability, especially in continuous operation scenarios typical of enterprise and data center environments.
