Around mid-April, an internal report indicated that the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU could reach speeds of up to 3.3 GHz. This leaked specification has now been confirmed in real-world examples from various board partners. ASRock recently announced that their triple-fan Radeon RX 9060 XT Steel Legend cards are capable of achieving "boost clocks of up to 3320 MHz." Similarly, Sapphire's Nitro+ flagship model is said to have the same capabilities. XFX has also introduced several factory overclocked Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB and 8 GB custom card designs.

Interestingly, the North American board partner has applied the same clock speeds to both triple and dual-fan Swift OC SKUs. Official listings mention identical information about "game clock up to 2780 MHz" and "boost clock up to 3320 MHz." XFX's new dual-fan Swift design was quietly revealed during the early stages of RDNA 4. VideoCardz suggests that many AIBs from Team Red are opting for TDP ranges between 170 W and 180 W, rather than sticking to the baseline 150 W TDP. The maximum TDP for AMD's Navi 44 (XT) GPU is 182 W. It is hoped that TechPowerUp HQ will receive a number of XFX evaluation samples for review purposes.
